Be sure to check for an account using the user's name and @usdoj.gov email. You may also try searching for an account using the user's BOP Number as their username (BOP#####). A user should be able to tell you what their BOP Number is if they have one (not all users have one).
➤If the user enters with a @unicor.gov email, kindly have them check the FPI Staff directory for their @usdoj.gov email.
➤If an account is not found, escalate to the PCS mailbox at fpi_chief_learning_officer@central.unicor.gov. User accounts are created by the PCS Lead.
IMPORTANT! ULearn accounts are only created for UNICOR staff. If the user does not have an account, kindly verify if they are UNICOR staff. |
