The TMP# is a placeholder for the User's ID until their BOPID is loaded into their account. Once there BOPID is uploaded into ULearn, the TMP# account is deactivated. It can take up to three days from the time their BOPID is uploaded for the account to be fully established.

The FPI Admins have asked that we instruct users to first use their BOPID numbers to log in. Should that not work, we will need to ask that they use their USDOJ.GOV email. The USDOJ.GOV email should work, even if their BOPID has not been loaded in. In the event this does not work, have the user check back in three days.

If the user states they have already waited the three-day period, escalate.
