The TMP# is a placeholder for the User's ID until their BOPID is loaded into their account. The FPI Admins have asked that we instruct users to first use their BOPID numbers to log in. Should that not work, we will need to ask that they use their USDOJ.GOV email. The USDOJ.GOV email should work, even if their BOPID has not been loaded in. If they are having issues with both usernames, do not escalate.
