Preferred Browsers: 

- Google Chrome is the only approved browser. 

- If the user is using a browser other than Chrome, kindly have them switch over.

Browser Settings:

- Pop-up blocker must be disabled

- Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled

To open Google Chrome, kindly open your Start menu (Windows Icon) and type in "Chrome" in the search bar. This should bring up the application.
