Some courses within ULearn might be completed by the user within LinkedIn. In cases where these courses do not show as complete within ULearn, but the user indicates it was completed in LinkedIn, kindly have them provide you with proof that the training was completed, such as a certificate or screenshot indicating the training was completed, and then escalate.

When escalating, please be sure to attach any proof of completion the user provides. This can be in the form of a certificate or screenshot.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you are experiencing with your training. Would you be able to provide us with the certificates for the courses you completed on LinkedIn? Once we receive your certificates, we can forward a request to the administrators to have them manually marked as completed in ULearn.
