Since ULearn’s migration to FedRAMP, there are some links that have been rendered inoperable. Some of the links can be related to LinkedIn Learning, courses, or links located on the carousel. Although the administrators have updated most of the links, there may be some that still need to be updated.

HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST? Luckily, users can resolve the issue by adding ‘fed’ to the CSOD domain. For example: a user having issues accessing unicor.csod.com/OutboundSSO.aspx will have to edit the URL to unicor.csodfed.com/OutboundSSO.aspx |
IMPORTANT! Once you advise the user to edit the URL, kindly grab the original URL the user tried accessing and a screenshot of its location. We will then forward this information to the administrators so they can make the appropriate updates. |
